We used Total Home Watch last week while we were away and the experience was amazing. We received regular reports, emailed to us, keeping us apprised of everything including our cat who was home alone. Lights were rotated, snow was cleared when we got back, all utilities were checked. They did a fantastic job and we will definitely be using them again whenever we are out of town, Great peace of mind! 2/24/2023
We were away for 3 months and they provided excellent condo and car monitoring. They also emailed weekly detailed summary reports and pictures, which were very reassuring. This service was great! They monitored my house every other day and had cameras to check in between visits. Updates were emailed after each visit detailing what was looked at and if there were any concerns. They even watered our plants! I would highly recommend this service.
