Rick and Leanne Phillips are the owners and operators of Total Home Watch Services. Rick is a lifelong resident of Rockwood and Leanne, originally from Acton, moved to Rockwood in 2003 where they married and raised 2 children.
Rick recently retired from Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada after 32 years where he was Manager of Lexus Materials Handling. He is also a trained and certified home inspector and a member of the North American Association of Home Inspectors.
Leanne has been employed with Rockwool in Milton since 2014 where she is currently the Production Planning Coordinator.
Together they are dedicated to providing a professional, trustworthy and affordable home watch and property services for the communities in Wellington County and Halton Hills.
